These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enza platform ("Enza", "we", "us"), operated by Enza LLC, a company organized under the laws of the United States. By creating an account, publishing a campaign, or sharing a link, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Enza
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Advertisers must have authority to bind the business they represent. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
2. Accounts & approval
Advertiser accounts are auto-approved for immediate use so campaigns can go live without delay. All new advertisers are subject to a follow-up review by Enza. We may suspend, throttle, or reverse campaigns and credits at any time during review if we detect risk, fraud, or policy violations.
3. Signup credit
New advertiser accounts may receive a promotional credit (currently $10) to trial the platform. Signup credit is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Duplicate accounts (same phone, email, business, or device) are not eligible; we may claw back credit granted in error or in violation of this rule.
4. Wallet, top-ups & billing
Advertisers fund campaigns by topping up a wallet. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider. Once funds are in your wallet they are non-refundable and remain as platform credit — see our Refund Policy. CPA (cost-per-action) campaigns may temporarily go into overdraft against your wallet when a conversion is recorded; Enza will invoice you for the overdraft and payment is due on receipt. Failure to settle an overdue invoice may result in suspension.
5. Advertiser content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual property rights of any offer, creative, destination URL, or message you publish through Enza. You may not use Enza to promote: illegal goods or services; adult, gambling, or weapons content without prior written approval; misleading medical or financial claims; content that infringes third-party rights; or anything that violates WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable advertising laws in the destination country.
6. Sharers
Sharers earn platform credit or cash payouts for verified clicks and conversions on links they distribute. Sharers must not: use bots, click farms, incentivized traffic, or misleading pretexts; misrepresent the advertiser or the offer; distribute links in channels that violate the recipient's consent (spam). Enza may withhold, reverse, or forfeit earnings tied to invalid activity, and may permanently suspend sharers found to be engaged in fraud.
7. Fees
Enza retains a platform fee on advertiser spend and on sharer payouts as disclosed in-product at the time of the transaction. Third-party payment provider fees may also apply and are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual property
Enza, the Enza logo, and the platform are owned by Enza LLC. You retain rights to content you upload but grant Enza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service and deliver the offers you configure.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Enza does not guarantee any specific level of clicks, conversions, revenue, or return on spend. Sharer earnings depend on advertiser campaigns, verified activity, and market conditions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enza's total liability arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Enza in the 3 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100. Enza is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, or data.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Enza may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal compulsion, or platform risk. On termination, unused wallet balance that is not free credit may, at Enza's discretion, be returned to your original payment method net of fees; free credit and any pending invalid earnings are forfeited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Enza LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use of Enza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
