This Privacy Policy explains how Enza LLC ("Enza", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Enza platform. It applies to advertisers, sharers, and visitors.
1. Information we collect
You give us: name, business name, email, WhatsApp / phone number, country, password, campaign content, destination URLs, top-up amounts, and payout details.
We collect automatically: device and browser info, IP address, approximate location, page and click events, timestamps, and referrer, when you interact with the platform or a shared Enza link.
We receive from third parties: payment status and identifiers from our payment processor; delivery status from messaging providers; and conversion postbacks from advertisers.
2. How we use information
- Operate the platform: authenticate you, run campaigns, track clicks and conversions, credit sharers, bill advertisers.
- Prevent fraud and abuse: detect duplicate accounts, bot traffic, and policy violations.
- Communicate: transactional emails, receipts, campaign updates, and support responses.
- Improve the product: aggregate analytics, debugging, and performance monitoring.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Legal bases
Where required by law, we rely on: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, your consent (which you can withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only as needed to operate the service:
- Payment processor for top-ups and payouts.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the platform on our behalf.
- Messaging providers to deliver WhatsApp and email.
- Advertisers receive aggregate campaign performance and, for verified conversions, the click identifier they need to attribute the sale — never a sharer's raw contact list.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure platform performance. Shared Enza links (/f/<code>) set a short-lived click identifier used solely to attribute conversions back to the sharer.
6. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be kept indefinitely.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls in our database. No system is perfectly secure; you use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
8. International transfers
Enza is based in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email info@enza.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10. Children
Enza is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
