This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Enza LLC ("Enza") through the Enza platform. By topping up your wallet or paying an invoice, you agree to this policy.
1. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable
Advertiser wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. Once funds are credited to your Enza wallet they remain on the platform as credit that can be spent on any campaign, but they cannot be returned to your original payment method or paid out in cash.
2. Signup and promotional credit
Promotional credits — including the $10 signup bonus and any other credit granted by Enza — are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. They may be revoked at any time in cases of fraud, duplicate accounts, or breach of the Terms of Service.
3. Spent budget
Amounts already consumed by delivered clicks, verified conversions, platform fees, or payment processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
4. CPA overdraft invoices
Cost-per-action campaigns may generate an invoice when verified conversions exceed your wallet balance. These invoices reflect performance already delivered by sharers and are payable in full. They are not eligible for refund once paid.
5. Exceptions we will consider
We will review, in good faith, requests for a credit adjustment in the following narrow cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same top-up because of a payment provider error.
- Unauthorized charge — someone charged your account without your authorization and you report it within 30 days.
- Platform error — Enza incorrectly deducted from your wallet due to a verified bug or invalid conversion.
Approved adjustments are returned as wallet credit. Refunds to the original payment method are made only where required by law or the rules of the card network.
6. Sharer earnings
Sharer earnings that Enza determines to be invalid (bot traffic, incentivized clicks, self-referrals, or activity that violates the Terms) will be reversed and forfeited. Valid earnings paid out to a sharer are not recoverable except in cases of demonstrable fraud.
7. Account closure
If you close your account, unused paid wallet balance may, at Enza's sole discretion, be returned to your original payment method net of processing fees, provided you request it in writing within 30 days of closure. Free credit and any pending or invalid earnings are forfeited on closure.
8. How to request a review
Email info@enza.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of the charge, and include: the date, the amount, the transaction reference, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputes filed after the service has been delivered) will result in account suspension and may be recovered through the payment provider.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of Enza after changes constitutes acceptance.
